You need to differentiate between facts from figures.. Concepts from reality..

When have u heard federal government compensate victims of an attack except if it fully diplomatic issues where they wanna build roads for example and they destroy properties and compensate victims cuz obviously they know they can be legally sued..... during the end SARS saga...Lagos state government compensated all the victims they confirmed shot by SARS as well as soilders at toll gate..
When there was a pipeline explosion that left people properties destroyed in lagos again it was the same state government plus donations from people like dangote that was used to compensate..obiano did same thing by offering 1 million to each family of murdered officers..
So ur telling me Obiano, sanwo olu, wike, ugwanyi and many other governors who have taken same trend are stupid or don't know what they're doing..or u think they will do that if they knew FG will compensate them..
..this has been a norm as FG believe they have bigger issues and play deaf ears plus they believe this is a task for state most times..
So if wike hadn't done dat does families will be left till dey meet the same fate...
There is nothing established by law that prevents a state governor carrying out such compensation to victims of tradegy in his own state ..weather the cause is FG lead...
Secondly.. the commissioner of police in each state also pledge to state governors...there is no full monopoly of control of police activities by the FG..the only monopoly FG has to some extent is the military..Other wise u will not see any news about state government DONATING VEHICLES TO THEIR STATE POLICE!!..or buying equipment for them Uzodinma recently did and other governors consistently do..and having very frequent meetings with their various CP and issuing commands to them..an example is when wike declared a curfew in his state and wanted to chase Ipob..u saw eat the military and police under his command did in Obigbo..

Lastly ur just very daft and stupid overall to oppose such a gesture to families of victims .. families who have lost breadwinners just because FG heads the police...
