In Lagos, Lagos state, thirteen persons, including six (6) women and a member of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, working with the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, were Tuesday arrested by the police in Lagos State, during the Governorship and House of Assembly Elections in the State, for allegedly attempting to hijack ballot boxes, disrupt electoral processes and tomb-printing of ballots papers. Where are those crying babies for 'Innocent Corps Members' who were not so luck as to escape jungle justice in some parts of the country? I believe it is time the Federal Government review her policy on blank payment of #5million for each Corps Member who Died In Active Service to Exclude those who Died In Active Crime. |
