He never said she hit him on the head........perhaps the girl aimed for his head but mistargeted and landed the stabilizer on his hand.........

Its left for prosecution to pick holes in his story and use it against him; rather than creating an imaginary sequence of the events to counter him.

Madam Poco, it's very possible for the stabilizer to kill her and not wound him. It depends on the force used and the place it hit him. This is not to say I believe his version of the story but we have to be rational. We must not put emotions in everything.

Bloggers will use this guy to make money, but that's because we are a lawless country where people just say things they can't prove.

That was how you guys kept writing fake stories about Evans the kidnapper that year.

Just like Evans who admitted to being a kidnapper, this guy admitted to killing the girl. All of you must allow the police and the courts do their jobs.

Its his word against hers but she’s dead. Let him tell his story, we’ll put holes in it, tie a rope around and hang him with his own damn story. Its simple logic. In court, you can not counter his story with your own version of events as you were not there as witness, neither are you the victim. Only the police can through proper, meticulous investigation but that hasn’t been the case.

My point here is crystal clear; I suspect you do not have a proper idea of how the court works. Morality, sympathy, empathy or sentiments don’t work there. Only facts and tacts; thats why a guilty person can walk free if they’ve got a good, smart lawyer.
