In every relationship have been in I always have trust issues, have break up with lot of gals giving them different reasons .. but the truth is I have trust issues and it’s getting worst and worst.. have. Never been betrayed I don’t know why this is affecting me so much..

You're probably reading a lot of crap from people who have failed in their own relationships here on NL. I'd suggest you give yourself the opportunity to live your own life and build your own experiences. Step out of your comfort zone, experience it all: the good, the bad and the ugly. Don't be afraid to love. Don't be afraid to trust. As they say, everything you want is on the other side of fear. Just stay mentally prepared for the possible outcomes. I also suggest you don't get into your next relationship till you're ready. Remember, the way you break up with girls for no good reasons and thereby breaking their hearts is damaging them as well and making them hell for the next man they'd date (who might also come here to complain about women).

same here...wat you need to do is that stop overthinking,and give them superficial trust and observe them,and dont go beyond your means for a girl..in general dont get too emotional attached when in a new relationship...love with your brain.sooner or later,u will know if dey could be trusted and will then trust,cuz trust is earned not given,if the person break the superficial trust cut them off,it wont hurt you that way. to build back your trust,you have to prevent your trust from being broken.,cuz the more it get broken the more it will be hard to put trust in anyone at all due to grieve from the previous., it good trait not to trust,but its not okay if u want to have a nice relationship. also give yourself a break from relationship for now.

Stop worrying yourself unnecessarily, she's not your wife yet, whenever you call and she doesn't pick up, try after some hours, when she eventually does pick, don't make a mount out of a mole hill by asking her why she didn't pick initially.

Girls will respect you when you more let them understand that you have much better goals to accomplish with your life and the world doesn't revolve around them.
