Yes, he embarrassed himself and should be charged accordingly. But he didn't rape anyone in that video and shouldn't be charged, convicted nor treated like a rapist if the video is the only evidence. I agree he should be punished accordingly for ONLY the crimes he committed and thats what Yomi Fabiyi is fighting for - pure adherence to the justice system, not media trial.

Let's be real, no evidence! This is a clear case of set up, princess wanted revenge on baba ijesa for cheating on her. Some people saw the girl's 24th birthday party video on princess's instagram page, but I guess she deleted it to erase evidence that she's not a minor! He deserves a free and fair trial, it's his fundamental right!

To the Koko, The bail may grant Baba Ijesha some relieve but it is only temporary as he still has to go to court and am sure will be appearing at the station at intervals till his case is deliberated in courts. Unfortunately, I doubt he will be able to walk in public freely again as the humiliation has cut in dip. He go just go sit for house, dey hope say time will bring things back to normal but who go forget this kin story soon....

Do you know you can be charged and sentenced for calling the man a rapist?

Secondly, by law,his crime does not warrant him to stay in detection for that long.......emotion is different from the law.

He will surely face the law no doubt. But with what I have been reading and hearing, I think we need to hear both sides of the story.

Someone even mentioned that the girl is not a teenager.

Don't just nail someone due to emotions, emotions are wrong sometimes.
