This is not feasible till we atleast have 2000 First and Last Mile Buses (FLM) for a start. We have sent LASG a letter to that effect already. The common man comes first in the scheme of things. A better Nigeria all around is all we want. God bless Lagos State. God bless Nigeria. We Rise! 14 Likes 4 Shares |

Why banning the survival of the unemployed youth you couldn't offer a job? Why banning daily bread of many Nigerian men? Why banning the women whose only home is what that okada rider brings home? Can Nigeria be ever well again? Can these leaders ever reason reasonably anymore? In peace I come I come in peace 9 Likes |

Its a good development without a ounce of doubt but this is Nigeria where unemployment is at the fullest brim. No one actually like Okada due to their recklessness thus accident prone. However, People are doing their best just to survive, even the people riding it aren't happy doing it, lots of university graduates do it as well. Many got it at an excruciating cost (higher purchase) rising to astronomical and ridiculous value. Criminal activities will most likely be at the climax once the ban becomes fully implemented. Besides, Lagos is super-congested with motor vehicles hence the long hours in traffic. This particular problem Okada solves for people, it saves peoples' vital time especially when pursuing important events such as apppointements, job interviews and other life changing moments when time is of essence etc.... What plan does the government have to meaningfully engage those riders inorder not to endanger the already stretched society? Or do the government just think banning them or takingg them off and doing nothing and believe the society will just remain at equilibrium? 9 Likes |
