With the recent news of 50 cars imported from Japan being seized in Russia as a result of radiation, I have got pretty worried about the health situation in Nigeria as a result of the Japanese radioactive leakage. This coupled with the fact that no one seems to be talking about the effect Fukushima calamity has on Africa. Excessive radiation leakage, it has been reported, have been seeping into the Ocean. Even Americans have reported radiation in soil, rainfall and even milk. I have no doubt whatsoever, that some dubious Nigerians might take this opportunity to import radioactive japanese cars into the Country hoping to cash-in on the cheap prices with which the japanese might be willing to sell them off their country. Or is Japan on another planet that we shouldn't be worried in Nigeria. I wish I had answers, but i dont. I am highly worried because i know my people will do anything for money and i have no doubt that many of these radioactive cars MUST end up in Nigeria, I drink ground water also, na waoh, so no Government body or whatever that is even monitoring this thing to ensure that radioactive food is not imported into Nigeria, i hope there is because it will just be too BAD for everyone if there isn't,
