After much ado, after all the videos I’ve seen trending and personal experience, I could say most of these sporadic shootings and killing of civilians in Owerri are done by Nigeria security operatives. Imagine watching a video of police displaying and shooting with no one retaliating. What’s their aim? To cause commotion or what? Current location-Owerri. I just tire. Unnecessary tension everywhere. |
