they are not stupid,they have seen that the southern governor's has stood up together to ban open grazing and the best thing for them to do is to work together with the governor's to get a soft landing,those miyetti guys are actually smart guys,they know there's time for war and time for peace,they know they can no longer fight against the determined collaboration of all the southern governor's,and they will get a nice good soft landing, government will get good cheap lands for them to build ranches and also soft loans,that is the problem with the Palestinians,they don't know when to stop fighting and start talking,that lands they are throwing stones and rockets for,they can get it back with years of peacefully coexistence with isreal.
