hello guys i have noticed for a while now that most job vacancies advertised in Nigeria do not state their basic pay,is there a reason for this? vacancies in the UK usually range from 18k-75k per annum.i am yet to discover this in a nigerian job advert or am i searching in the wrong sites? |

Many people consider it bad taste to discuss someone's salary in public, so it's hard to do what you're asking. However, I think posting the salary for a job can motivate people who otherwise would have skipped your ad. |

they keep changing the bloody pay thats is why  they are no 'market rates' so they change is according to the match their rivals  |
