Very unfourtunate.Has it not come to light that that the said illfated plane was past two scores of age was there no better aircraft in the hangers of the military that such aircraft could be allocated for the COAS. the very system he sought for ,failed him also.Upon all the money voted for defense instead of procuring new planes,military soft and hardware. its either refurbished ones they procure and embezzle the rest. the ones earlier procured are not maintained ,money meant for maintainance also ends up embezzled,instead of sending these qualified for trainning in aircraft maintainance(a very specialized professional field, it is their girlfriends,mistresses and tribesmen they put in for such overseas training to get escondes.Did it not come to light recently that the Director of the Fire service was sending his mistresses for training in Belarus instead of the very firemen) .These that live in glass houses dont throw stones around
