Pls, @Lekiboboe, @justmellow, @frankrobbn, @shupy @Anon @bollybeejay @lawfree638...I humbly want your input.
Pls, read the below. Tnx a lot.

Jioke1994:
Hi Ppr hopefuls!
I will reapply as soon as my gcms notes for my refused app comes out.
In my first app, my uncle was d main sponsor; my mum was the co-sponsor.
Now, though my gcms notes is not yet out, I dont want to use my uncle again, coz I know his acct statement must have faulted in one way or the other, considering the fact that I didn't show his source of income, proof of relationship in my first app, and he is also a third party.
Would it be a red flag of I use my mum only in my second app?
Secondly, my mum doesn't have the required money to show proof of fund, but she wants to sell a land for 12m.
Should she go ahead and sell d land so as to use it as a proof of fund?
Or
Should someone we know, a bank manager, help fund her account with 15m, and backdate it? This one dey come wth commission ooo...up to 600k commission.
Pls, would it also be a red flag if she does d second one, considering that she didn't have up to 3m in her account in my first app?
I just don't want my uncle as my sponsor again; although he has enough money...I do not feel like using him.
Finally, in this my second app, should I write SOP or LOE? Which one?
Tnx a bunch 4 ur answers.
Pls, @shupy @Lekiboboe @justmellow @frankrobbn @anon...and others, I need your help.
Tnx again.

Coffee is now cold. Lol.
I’m doing ok. I think.

Pretty much no action for now till notes are now, been 2 days due. Plan to send a webform by Tuesday if I don’t get it by Monday

RollyA, what's up. I hope you did not forget to take your hot coffee. All in all, success is inevitable. Its Forward Ever Backward Never.

Ok will do.

Thank you.

Mine too aren’t here yet, I plan to mail them if I don’t get it by Tuesday.

dfutbolar:

Please do well to share the opinion when the notes come in. Notes taking forever now cos the one I requested for in July is due and when I mailed them I was informed IRCC has not released my file to them.

I'm having a similar case to yours hence I ask you keep us updated. Will be much appreciated.

So I know if i just rather be self sponsored than have a sponsor and not having all birth certificates and pictures and all to prove

Hello, please while answering the questions at the beginning of creating a GC key account, is it advisable to state you have a family member in cad, even though i didn't mention something like that in my SOP?

And mind you, this is someone i will likely to stay with over there.
Should i just say No

I think all these updates actually depends on the officer in charge of your file. I guess some decides to update their clients profile while others don't. So, your eligibility might have started but not updated. All in all, eligibility starting is not the issue, getting PPR is the main thing. May God help us. I submitted IELTS and MBS with my application though. What about you?

Hello Unbin

I expect before now you would have sent various Webforms to the various IRCC centers. If not, start bombarding them with webforms and also messages of reminder to them via their email addresses... Prolly at least 4 messages a day..

Also if your application has passed the processing time, I will advise you send a message of request to any MP in the province where your school is situated, considering your resumption is less than a month.. In your message to the MP, explain that your resumption is getting close and you haven't gotten any final decision as regards your application. And make sure you include all your details as regards your application..

Once the MP replies you positively, I believe you will get a final decision before your resumption...

PEACE
Unbin:
I have a valid Canadian visa and a US visitor visa, I have applied for student visa since May with no update to my application, please what is the chance of getting feedback from VO before start of class September 2021. should I cancel this application then travel to us to apply from there?

Someone said in previous pages that access bank should be avoided cos of time waste and not knowing what they are doing.

Unity bank was the fastest for someone who also recommended it too here.

Yes, it took access bank one week before i was debited and two another three days before flywire received the cash. I just felt that this person could use it since it has worked for me even though it took time. As i type now, i haven't received my Letter of Acceptance from Fanshawe even though Flywire informed me that they have sent the funds to them.

Tnx again.

First of all, don't even try to run the bank manager package. It's a very risky thing to do.

Your uncle can sponsor you along with your mum. One thing most people fail to do when it comes proof of fund, is to demonstrate genuine access to the fund they're showing. It is very essential especially when using a 3rd party sponsor. Let him provide fund for living/tuition expenses from his account. Payment of tuition is not a requirement but it's always a plus to an application. The transaction should be pointed out in his letter of sponsorship. A letter and an affidavit of sponsorship goes a very long way. Don't underestimate both.
Your uncle should also show source of fund. Be it employment letter or CAC documents.

LOE/SOP it doesn't matter what you call it.

Finally, I have my reservation regarding sales of property. There's simply no guarantee your application will be approved even if you raise the fund from the sales of property.

Wishing you all the best.

We have raised webforms, sent mails as well as mailed mp severally, only responded once that we should fill up a document and revert, ever since then nothing.

My question is this: can someone travel on a valid visitors visa to study since we have not heard from IRCC (app will be 4months by Sept 5) and probably get there to explain to the Immigration officers perhaps the application could be expedited or something done
