Good afternoon guys. My wife applied for study visa in 2016 and was denied, so we about to try again and she called the same person that helped with the process, he’s an immigration lawyer. He said he was going to send a contact of who would help her get the visa officer note and then she should call him back when she’s gotten the visa officer note. His word; I will send the contact of the company that would help you get the visa officer note and then we would carry on afterwards. I’m sure this is coming with a cost and I’m trying to cut cost as much as possible. Guys what does this mean, is this the refusal letter or the GCM note ? Cause we intend to do it our self time but then I have been reading comments here and realised we would be needing the reason for refusal is this the same thing. We have the refusal letter then not just sure if it’s what he’s talking about 1 Like |

agunjnr: Scanned your WAEC result, (and get a WAEC scratch card, you can buy it online yourself) , generate the Serial number and the PIN number and print it out, scan both your WAEC result & Scratch card in same PDF file then upload it. |

I guess he's referring to the gcms notes. Please note that ordering gcms notes comes at a fee. Though a reasonable fee. You can order via thegcmsonline.com or contact Anon123 to help you order. All the best! GMs: |

This looks like a Procedural Fairness Letter and not a ban, so there is still hope to put things right. You can contact makano through his moniker to guide you. No need to panic as you have not committed any misrepresentation since your application was handled by an agent. The IRCC just needs an explanation with your payment that's all. You need to be in the right frame of mind to respond to them and close it asap. All the best. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by afrischolars1: 4:32pm On Aug 19, 2021 |
patocypher: Before responding, contact your agent to get details as to why the payment was reversed. This is a very serious issue. The procedural fairness letter that you posted here (though not legible), is the first step in a process that may result in 5yrs ban from entry into Canada if you fail to properly address the issue. The issue here is not your willingness to pay the money now but rather why the payment was reversed resulting in debit to The Crown. |

makano: I submitted LOE, first time applicant. I thought SOP and LOE just has to do with selling your strong points to the VO, and they are used interchangeably |

Ara2004: Please stop giving false information. You do not need to present your medical result at the airport as it’s already been uploaded to IRCC. You only need to show your Negative COVID test result 3 Likes |

patocypher: Patocypher: Calm down, you have not committed any crime . Before responding, contact your agent to get details as to why the payment was reversed. This is a very serious issue. The procedural fairness letter Is not a matter of another person writing or drafting it for you. Your agent knows the true story about the chargeback. Just contact your agent and tell IRCC the truth in your explanation letter and attach proof if you have any. Another person who does not know much about the chargeback might assist you in writing it and you will land yourself into trouble. The same letter was sent to me on july 31, 2021 to Specially, Provide an explanation as to why the debts to the crown were incurred. I told them the whole thing because i used an agent and attached the proof i have with me and reply. Please pack your luggage and run away from Agent. Thats one of the disadvantages of using Agent. Is something you can do yourself. It's well.. |

The hospital will send it to IRCC. However, you can as well upload the e-medical sheet given to you through webform okoronkwo123: |

I've gone through the PGCert programs but my fear is the 1 year duration for all of them. Was hoping for a 2yr program so I'll have ample time plus post stay period to settle down properly. What would you advise please? Do you have links for 2yr pgc programs since the pgd are a no go? Thank you. Lekiboboe: |
