Am one of the people that wrote the test in Abuja and look forward to attending the fair in Lagos.the issue bordering me now is?Are we going to get automatic employment when we get to lagos?Or we will be at the mercies of the invited firms?please i need answers so as not to put much hope.Although i have hope i will get a job at the end of the fair.

It depends on ur composure during the fair.
The companies are coming coz they need fresh graduates but funny enough they'll never tell you there are openings!
All you need do is to be at ur best and I believe all will be well at the end, have faith.I also stay far away from Lagos (ILORIN) but I'll have to be at the fair too, And I believe I'm not going there for nothing, I'm going there for something BIG.Just checkout the companies and get to know them.

please i hope this is not on of those fraudulent recruitment agencies because a friend of mine said he did not go for the test/inter4view and he was sent a congratulatory msg inviting him for the next stagel. i dont want to go there and end up waisting time. what i expected was that there would be companies that would come for the final stage of interview so as to recruit poeple.

First thing first,Welcome to #land.I'm sure u'r yet to go thru some of our threads on this Gfair.There are people that registered with Gfair on monthly basis looking for employment and they normally conduct aptitude tests for them on monthly basis(this should be the category that ur friend fall into).
This fair is for those that registered early this year nationwide on their website and wrote the test in Lagos,Abuja and Portharcourt.To be specific,those that wrote their own in Lagos did at BALMORAL(Ikeja) on 8th May 2007 of which I fall into this group.We've done the test and the result came out and that's why we're going for the fair on 26th and 27th.Over 25 companies are coming.You can call me on 08052130317,08066700029 if you need more explanation.

The Gospel truth is that now you may not be able to attend this present fair cos tests have been conducted and people have been invited. Some have been dropped.
The only solution is to keep on looking out for the next fair on the line.

I was also concerned about that, what are we suppossed to do after the fair? wait in lag? im also coming from Abuja. I wonder why they told us not to come our original credentials?

ON THE CONTRARY,I'LL ADVISE YOU COME WITH THE ORIGINAL COPIES OF YOUR CREDENTIALS(You might just need it).Will you pay extral fare on it?Just hold it with you coz I plan to come with mine.
