Garba shehu is the Senior Special Assistant, Media and Publicity to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari. Femi Adesina serves as the Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari. So any press release from the president or presidency will mostly come from these sources unless it's delegated to significant others. Simply put, they are doing their jobs as prescribed.
