Please, I want to know the exact inputs of both the Ministry of Works and Housing, and the Ministry of Environment when it comes the conceptualisation, design and construction of road-side drainages and culverts and other road-related hydraulic structures....

In as much as the road-side drainages are attached to roads, they are actually environmental-protection structures in their truest definition of functions; and as a result of that, I want to know whether the Ministry of Environment are supposed to be involved in the design and supervision of the road-side drainages and other road-related hydraulic structures; even though such structures are fully attached to road projects that are fully under the purview of the Ministry of Works and Housing.
