I decided to use these guys for my lastest client website, and its entering two days since i have made payment and site isnt live yet, no payment confirmation, no reply to support ticket, not picking their calls.

just wondering if any1 here using them and having same problem or am just an isolated case?

I have 3 domains hosted with web4africa and they were really up to the task since i paid by bank depsit. Though i don't know much about their hosting service. Have you tried using their live chat system?

I have a hosting i use b4, i just wanted to try them out, make bank payment yesterday morning, call them and i was told everything will be done that yesterday and my website will be live.

up till now nothing, the domain is not even registered yet(still available), send several support tickets no reply, phones call and no-one picking the call.

Glad to know am not the only one using them - thoughts of scam keep running in head- beside the client is at my neck wanting her website live since yesterday and nothing.

Have you notified them that you've made a bank deposit?

friends works in ccare, they dont seem like a lam company

finally, they have reply, three days after making payment, while i have resorted back to my previous host ( i couldnt call that a good customer care,what if i got an urgent need of them?)

now, i just hope they will behave and refund me my money o.

my previous hosting (utiware.net, i have hosted 5 websites with them and their customer care is excellent), doesnt use cpanel for their hosting, uses windows and i wanted to host the shop on linux.

I dont undastand dia hosting plans. Is it dat one dont need to buy a domain name from dem? Because i keep seeing tins like "1 free domain name. Host one domain name (website)" in all dia hosting plans.
Also, in tams of d cost, wich do u tink is cheaper. Ie, among dem and web4africa?
Pls just explain dia hosting plans 2me.

web4africa disabled php mail function in their hosting/ thats why i dnt use them.

You can try QServers.net. They are a good hosting company based in Ikeja Lagos. Activation under 15 mins once payment is confirmed. My company has 2 VPS servers with them.

i have registered my domain name and then am trying to host my website on a windows platform and it keeps on telling me to :: The domain you entered is already registered with us - you will need to cancel it prior to placing a new order
