This Buhari administration is very stupid and useless. Reflective jacket is a form of PPE.

They should stop exposing their stupidity, wickedness, corruption and ignorance to the whole world. They should put things right and in place.

Reflective jacket / PPE does not prevent accident. PPE reduces the impact of accident on the victim. Can reflective jackets stop accident from a car that has a break failure, loss of control or reckless / drunken driver? etc.

This is another avenue to steal money by all the Hausa / Fulani moslems that have occupied all the government offices.
