Ecobank promoted about 350 staff without commensurate increase in pay. People expecting 100-120K increase got only about 7-17k. E shock you right? Na so e shock those staff too when May alert enter. Staff are crying, suffering and smiling. The bank is not in distress so why this decision from the Ecobank's management? As something like this happened in your organization?
