They will definitely want you to work on Sundays, ensure you insist you have to go to church and stay off-work even after church. And if they observe you are not serious about your religion, they will convince you to convert to Islam. They will use material things and money to entice you.

1. It is your right to go to church
2. Nah, if they are kind, they would but I won't expect it. It would be stressful cooking for that one person except if theg have children as well.. You should probably discuss having a left over for the following day.

From my little experience, even though i'm a Christian, i find Muslims more compassionate to work with.
With Muslims, you know where he or she stands on any issue but my Christian brothers eh. May God help us.
