He is wasting his time and talent because the designers of the banking infrastructure such as cards are "in-house" and as such, an outsider won't be just consulted to sell his/her design.

Even if he Tony Elumelu sees this design and it tickles his fancy, all he will do is call for a meeting, show the internal staff the design and they will replicate it all behind the author's back
