There was a wordwide zoom conference on the 30th of May 2021 organised and chaired by President of World Igbo Congress, Professor Ejiofor. Guest speakers included Ovation publisher, Dele Momodu, General Philip Effiong son, Charles Effiong and IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu. The video of Nnamdi Kanu speaking to the conference is below but here are some things he said: I dont commend people very often but I commend Willie Obiano for laying a wreath on on the cenotaph he built for Biafran heroes Our destination is freedom and that very place we are heading to is Biafra People are being murdered extra-judicially Ojukwu was a man of peace who went to Aburi to negotiate peace which Gowon refused to implement, but they called us the aggressors.
