Yes, you are one of the first settlers in Lagos, but Lagos is owned by the awori's. They do not only recover the present day Lagos, but first to set their foot on it.

Only people who own nothing say this. Learn to ignore them. I can say Yorubas own London, that would be equally as laughable. It just goes to show everyone wants to claim Lagos. Eyes will shine but no one wants to create their own modern city. They would rather attache and troop in by the millions

I believe we should be debunking irrelevant claims from the onset.
If it germinate, we might not be able to curtail it

Where in Akure?

Its in FUTA

The Akure Tech Hub features a mix of an open co-working community space accessible through membership and an incubation program. Founded as a unique tripartite coalition between the Ondo State Government, Akure TechUp and the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), the hub is tasked with the vision of nurturing the existing ecosystem and making Akure the proposed technological investment destination in West Africa.

You make a fantastic point. But most efforts should be made for Yoruba Nation. That's the ultimate solution. Then those that don't act right can get reported to state agency and will just swiftly get deported back to their village.

Lagos is not suited for tech hub at all. Their real estate is super expensive, It is very crowded and hard to navigate. It is also isolated at the bottom of Nigeria. How are notherners supposed to participate ?

Another white elephant project. They will end up erecting ordinary building without anything going on it, which will latter become the home of miscreants.

Lagos principal is indeed a good principal TO HAVE SINGLE-HANDEDLY PICKED A GOVERNOR (as Some do say), not just a Governor but a brilliant, idealistic and working one.

Sanwolu is exceptional, those who criticizes him have who's either a drunkard, fufu(Apu) and kerosene distributors as Governors of their States

The population and crowd is as a result of people flooding in.
Because life is better here, so everyone wants to have a taste of what we have.
Our houses re expensive, yes, but its a mega city, what do you expect?
Its not a do or die, if you cant afford it go to your hometown, here we worked extra hard to put these beautiful structures in place, and kudos to our past governors...
You said how can northerners participate?
Package yourself bro. Northerners are here and doing well, get yourself equiped with the right knowledge,
you re always welcome, there is a big market to serve here, as long as you bring peace and intelligence.
I have some brilliant guys in my Tech departments "Danjuma" he's so brilliant and humble,
no barrier here, feel free to come add to, and enjoy from our beautiful city, Lagos state.
Thank you...
