To the one who has lost his/her spark
To the one whose get up and go spirit has well and truly gone
This is for you.
This is to remind you that, you don't have to be everything for everyone everyday.
You didn't sign up for that, remember when you used to sing and laugh?

Remember when you used to forgive yourself more quickly for not being perfect, you can get that back again.
Yes you can.
And that doesn't mean you have to let people down or walk away,
It just means being kinder to yourself, feeling brave enough to say No sometimes, and rest.
It starts the moment you realize that you are not quite who you used to be.
Some of that is good, some is not.
There are parts of you that need to be brought back, and if anyone in your life is not okay with, then they are not your people, let them go.
Your people will be glad to see that spark lighting up in you again.
So if you have been slowly fading away my friend,it's time to start saying Yes to things that bring you Joy, and No to things that don't.
Self love:it doesn't mean everyone must treat you the way you deserve, but it means you won't let them Change the way you see yourself,nor will you stick around them enough for them to destroy you.
Do not lose yourself looking for anyone.
