I took a loan from NewEdge Finance on the 17th of May (17,000 to pay back 19,000)... I waited till 20th of May, no show. I then contacted them and they asked me to wait while they rectify it and then the next day they said that they sent the money to my bank account. I contacted my bank (Access Bank) and they asked me to collect the Session ID of the transaction from Palmcredit.... My brothers and sisters, from that day it has been war. They will ask me to submit my bank statement which I have done over 7 or 8 times and then they'll say that they'll work on it. On the 30th of may, the loan expired and they started messaging me about calling my contacts, suing me and calling me a fraudster. How am I fraudster when I'm still battling with their customer service about a loan that I never received? Please, can anyone who's experienced enough suggest what I should do? (I have all the screenshots of the conversation with their customer service and all the emails. ) |
