For example, the news that emmanates more from Nigeria is that of scam, bad governance, police brutality, low education standard, banditry, religious fraud, rituals, political office holders bogus pay while minimum wage is less than 100 usd etc. All these things won't sound strange to you but to them, it is backwardness.
