I decided to stay away from any sexual practice for a while now, and as a learned person,I know after a long time,one can have a nucturnal discharge of excess sperm from the body. But my biggest question is that,must it be after an explicit dream?, Not a sexual intercourse, something like a romance. I don't have issues when one have a nucturnal discharge,but I feel dirty when it happens in the process of an explicit dream. So the question now is,is it only during the process of such explicit dream, nucturnal discharge (wet dream) happens to someone,or it can happen without such kinda dream. And what is the probability or likelihood of both case in an average young man staying away from sexual activities.

I for one don't believe this,I have had a discharge without such dream before,and I know I didn't dream. When I dream and forget I know. But the thing is that,the discharge associated with such dream is more all my lifetime.

You can't "KNOW" a dream you forgot, your dreams are different from reality hence your brain doesn't store them in your permanent memory.

Fact remains we dream EVERY NIGHT and only few out of this dreams we can remember.

Your dreams are like an active cam, it captures without recording until you click the record button.

You can't have discharges without some form of simulation, you can't just go to the toilet if your brain didn't trigger it.

If have discharges without any form of simulation either by your mind, yourself or external body... Then you need medical attention.

The main problem is that several people, both male and female experience things like this, but in this part of the world, you have too much hypocrites who hide theirs and castigate people like the OP who are open about theirs.

The rest use religion and superstition to make you feel guilty even when the holy book didn't mention it.

The act to me is not a sin,but the fact it happens as a result of a sexual kinda dream is what am not ok with,and I know it's as a result of related things that cloud my mind,I haven't gotten the strength to totally overcome in my mind. It's really hard controlling thought you allow into the mind.

I'm kind of speaking from a scientific standpoint. All humans dream everyday during deep sleep stage known as RANDOM EYE MOVEMENT (REM), In fact an average human dream more than 3 times every night and for at least the length of 1-2 hours.

Like I said earlier, dreams are different from reality hence the reason our brain didn't store them, that's why we likely don't remember 90-100% of our dreams.
And during the dreaming hours your brain is doing some memory or information filtering and sorting so you don't get load with too much informations.

Fact remains everytime you have night discharges, you had a dream that simulated you which you remembered some and don't remember some.

Nothing happens in your body without something triggering it.

Forget about religious about spirit wives and husband. No spirit can have sex with a human.
Most religious people know take notice of happening in the Bible...
