How Far Osinbajo's March 8th and the Grant they promised. Has anyone received any grant or money yet?

Nigeria can never change, look at the Facebook grant, it took them just few weeks to give our their grants, but here in Nigeria, they will take months just to do the needful and I believe the money is there but the organisers will sit on the money till thy kingdom come. Please, you people should not use this one and tarnish the image of Prof, cos the man sef may not know what is going on. Look at the poster they shared since March and they promised to give announce the winners in May and give them their grants. What is going on?
