You may apply for UK for a holiday, to see some friends or family for a business event, meeting or
to get married.

How Long Does It Takes?
If you need a UK Visiting visa, you can apply online by yourself or through a travel agency if you are not too familiar with the process. After your application has been submitted, you will be given appointment at the Uk Visa Application office to prove your identity, capture biometrics and verify your documents within three weeks.

After then, you will be sent an email containing the decision on your visa application, whether it has been approved, rejected or some other documents are needed from you.

The earliest you can apply for UK Visit Visa is 3 months before you intend to travel.
