Qualification

·         HND, B.Sc/MSC in relevant disciplines

·         Appropriate professional qualification will be an added advantage



Experience

·         Must have worked in a consulting or HR environment

·         Extensive Business Development skills

·         Proposal preparation/presentation skill

·         HR projects management experience (recruitment, organization review, staff audit, salary survey etc)
