I went to a MFB few weeks ago, the security officer told me to use mask, I told him I don't have, he said I should go downstairs to buy or buy from the one at the doorstep (he is the seller), I told him I can't go back downstairs and I have no fund to part with for a mask no one is enforcing its use within their office.
Dragged for some minutes before the person I went to meet came out to get one from me. (Probably the branch staff use it to raise side fund for themselves)
Reason for declining to buy
The security officer was using a very dirty hand made mask and placed it below his jaw, people were entering without it, he only insisted that some must get one, so it wasn't same rule for all. I peeked in and discovered not a single soul was using mask and no social distance.
