I served in Akwa Ibom and it's has on of the worst education index in the country. Lists of JSS students are already cultists. The few who attend school come very very late after returning from the farm. Teachers are compelled by the Ministry of Education to pass these students. And you wonder why a large percentage of them are cultists, house helps and Keke riders? Udom doesn't have any concrete plan to address this dire issue, he is setting up a white elephant airline.
