Hello guys.

I want 2 ask those experienced in the land & properties about a property one of my family members got recently.

The person got a land of about 500K (five hundred thousand naira) in Abuja recently, Bwari presicely. The date on the receipt and land properties were dated 2 a year before 2000 (that is 199X) and witnesses also signed and were told to date it as the date on d receipts.

Now later, d person who sold d land told d buyer (my relation) dat she should've been 18 years old during d date on d receipts, which she wasn't at dat time. I'm just confused and concerned 4 her. Is it not a shady deal?? I think properties in Abuja are usually very expensive, and dis one just looks like scam or fraud.
The land is about 650 square m.
