, the bags were spaced let's say 2 bags to a plot and broadcasted manually,

There's a very good video of the planter on our Twitter handle, but I will try and post more pictures here, planting acres depend on the user, eg 4 me I can plant almost 2 acres with it in a day..

How is ur fertilization schedule like?

remember we've already added enough manure to the land, so at week 2 we will be topping with npk 20 10 10 mixed with DAP and next Urea.. npk gives it an early boost, manure takes over, urea finishes the good work.. if we are wrong please feel free to recommend something more beneficial

almost correct, the basket goes for 1k.... And it keeps going down, okra glut every year, how do okra farmers cope

Looks good. But make sure you apply urea before tassels start appearing. Otherwsise it will be too late because nitrogen demand has become low. N at that point will cause lodging (many will fall under wind or rain) and poor yield.

The cashing out period has since elapsed, it's between Dec and May. I was even surprised it lingered till mid June this year.
When everyone plants at the onset of rain in April, the effect is glut after 2 months time. Another fairly short period of cashing out will be in the next 2 months when then current batches have been exhausted, so the right time to plant is now!

your totally right, this periods you gave are the best time to plant okro, soon a basket will be sold for ₦200, ₦300 or ₦400 Lik last year

I am planting by next week. Hopefully the price would have appreciated by the time I start harvesting.

Mr maize featuring Mr okra seems to have the first round on every farm, garden in this parts for the first half of d season... My curiosity is spiked time to investigate why...
