Information, although restricted and protected from the public, can be disclosed by the Corporate Affairs Commission under certain circumstances. By Sections 326 & 327 of CAMA 2021 and Regulation 18 of the Company Regulations, 2021, such exceptional circumstances are:

1)Disclosure to designated public authorities.

2) Disclosure to credit reference agencies.

3) When Request for disclosure is be supported by valid and verifiable reasons.

Any Persons aggrieved by the decision of the Commission refusing disclosure can apply to the Federal High Court for a review of the decision.
