Those POS attendants are thieves.The holder of that POS account might have received a debit alert but the pos might not.There was a time I withdrew 10k from a pos stand.I was debited but the pos transaction was declined.The sale's rep refused to pay me.But I insisted that I was debited.She had to call the boss whom was the pos account holder.She told her to pay me.That was because she received a debit or credit alert as the case may be.Most times,it is a deal between the pos account holder and thw sales person.They share the money after the, 'mugu customer' succumbed.
