We are looking for a pleasant lady for Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionists and customer care at the front desk of our main entrance.

You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information about our training packages. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Must be able to use computer * Microsoft packages, communicate with email, WhatsApp, calls etc.

Must have a good command of English.

Should be able to explain different IT skills

Should be able to explain different ICT and Computer courses to potential students.

A graduate of computer science or any related courses will be added advantage
