One of those clubs won the champions league last season and the other won the premier league the season before, and the champions league the season before that. What is the point finishing on a top spot and going trophyless?

As at June 18,
Speaking on the Here We Go podcast on 18 June, Romano said: “I want to say two things about the situation of Sancho.

“The personal terms are already agreed and that isn’t new. The agent’s fee is already agreed too. There is no problem with the agent or the player.

It’s now just a negotiation with Borussia Dortmund. Dortmund want €85m for Sancho. Manchester United know they can’t sign Sancho for €70m. It’s normal negotiations.

“I’m told negotiations won’t be as long as last summer so if Sancho joins Man United, it’ll be quick negotiations. It will be a matter of weeks, not months.

“People involved in the negotiations are confident about doing a deal this summer.”

So if Bild, Hirsrt, Stone and the rest are reporting Man United agreed to pay, it fits well with Romano's statements.


Man Utd are the idiots in this transaction

Dortmund aren't under pressure to sell, and even if they do sell, Thorgan Hazard is his replacement

Man Utd obviously want the player and they know Man Utd has the money to spend

Pay what they want and look at your other targets ffs. We still need a CB, DM

Yes Liverpool won the league two seasons ago,but we are talking about recent form..If two seasons ago form matters they wouldn't have finished in Fourth position.
