With 10k, I'd but Chicken, beaf, Egusi, ogbono, fresh peppers, Maggi, semovita, Garri, Amala powder, ewedu, crawfish, locust bean, Palm oil, veg oil, noodles, onions, morning fresh, etc..

It depends on you, what you eat and who you're feeding..
