Job Requirements

1. First degree in any social science discipline
2. Minimum of 2years relevant experience as an HR generalist
3. Certification in a relevant professional body (SHRM or PHRI or CIPMN ) will be an added advantage
4. In depth understanding and experience in performance management learning and development
5. Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
6. Previous experience as an Human Resource Consultant
