We've talked a lot about getting started with your studies at the early stage and I am so glad that you have taken the necessary action to prepare ahead of the class.

I would like to inform you ahead that I will be a bit philosophical today. I will make it as simple as possible so let's get started immediately.

Frankly, there are 2 influencers responsible for the result we get in life. They include

1. Inward Factors
2. Outward Factors

Since the beginning of this new ICAN Diet, I have always focused more on the Outward factors so, I won't really talk much about it today.

Invariably, our focus will be on the inward factors which have a direct influence on the outward factors. Whether you like it or not; whether you are conscious about it or not and whether you grant it permission or not.

Let's ride further. When I say inward factors, I mean, what are those discussions, thoughts and suggestions you impress on yourself regarding your exams? Do you express confidence, faith and success thoughts that will affect your outward factors and give you your desired result?

... Or you impress and always suggest negative thoughts like fear, procrastination, doubt which will affect and prevent you from passing your exams?

Also, note that negative and positive thoughts are always at war. That is, the absence of one means the presence of another one.

As we start our new support class Next week Monday 28th June, 2021, I want you to decide on how you will be controlling your thought process. Because if you don't put it in check, it will attract the end result of your dominating thoughts and suggestions - either positive or negative.
