Steps That Will Help Your ICAN November Diet Exams Success... by planetpgold(m): 4:41pm On Jun 25, 2021
Timothy Here Again,

Today is another Friday which we are grateful for. Time and tide are just doing their job whether you are ready or not. Before you say "Jack" now, your November diet Exams will be few days away.

As our NOVEMBER 2021 Diet Special and Dedicated Telegram class get started, I want to implore you to start studying and also ensure that you focus strictly on it.

Although studying ‘strictly’ is not considered an option by a number of students, and I totally respect their opinions. It is even true to some extent. But if I’ll be honest with you here, there are a few moments or situations in life when you need to do so.

I have faced similar conditions when I was writing my ICAN Exams, especially after experiencing 2 consecutive failures.

So, here are a few steps which can help you-

1. Avoid distractions. When you are studying hard, you must be doing it for a reason. If anything distracts you, try reminding yourself of the goals you want to achieve. Remember, if you do not sacrifice for what you want, what you want will become the sacrifice.

2. Change the subjects. Except you are writing one course. Studying one single subject for hours could be tiring. Changing the subjects from say FR to CSME or others will not only make you concentrate more, but also help you touch up more and more subjects.

At the same time, make sure to give at least 1 hour to each subject.

3. Choose your best time of the day to study, be it morning or night. Do not rely on, or copy what other people’s time of study is. We all operate on individual levels.

4. Try to self-study and understand the topics. Tell yourself continuously, that the subjects and topics are easy and interesting to learn, and you can learn them.

This will help create a willpower and interest towards studies. Never nag on the syllabus being too vast or heavy. This will only negatively affect your mindset.
