I would agree but restructuring in itself has no clear cut meaning, then within the self determination agenda, view's and stance's are divided, even from within.

The report will become actionable based on resource availability, think of it as agile development.

In addition, force has never truly been tried, we have had a very limited population attempt to force their way, if the Igbos and Yorubas unite, this country will divide and nothing will happen, ironic isn't it? The question remains have people truly had enough of the pain, the suffering? When we reach point of no return, alliances will be made and everybody go bear him papa's name.

Difference between majority of Africans and the whites is simple, when it comes to eliminating oppression of the people, life is meaningless. There are two type of Nigeria- the rich Nigeria where everything works for them, they are worshiped by the masses, they are usually in power and have money - They have their way and so forth, they cannot relate and see why many Nigerians are struggling .
