I moved in a place like a month back now and beginning to see some fact that my neighbour is a very dirty woman. She is a Yoruba woman married with three kids and they live in a one bedroom apartment while I and the other neighbour live in a sefcon. The thing is for the few time I spent when I packed in, I noticed that she and the other neighbour who is a young lady are not in good terms due to how she use to act and mess up the compound and that has resulted to quarrel several times up to the point of involving a police. The is the compound is very tight and we have a well in the compound, I came from work today and I met one of the child urinating in front of the well and I told him to stop only for him to tell me that its not his first time urinating there and that they were directed by the mum be urinating there. My other neighbour has told me that they use to urinate there and I never believed if not today and maybe is because I normally don't stay at home due to work. Urinating is not even the only issue here as they also train a chicken in the Compound and you all know what that means couple with the fact that I use to come back from work and find the whole environment messed up with dirty water and leaders everywhere and chicken she is training will just mess up the side of my with her feeds. I am thinking of approaching her and tell her cos am no more comfortable with the situation but my fear now is for it not to result to any issue or quarrel. Please I need advice what to do in this case.

Just relocate and ask ur landlord to refund u, if na better landlord he wil undrstand. Or better stil have a meetin with ur landlord involving all ur co'tenant and table the matter to him.
