What do you pig know. Does fundamental human rights include right to dismember the country? Is it not because you have a country that you are even talking about fundamental rights? The learned lawyer has said the obvious you and your other pigs don't want to hear.

The conditions for nigeria to continue as as an "indivisible" country, are also stated in d constitution. Are those conditions being met on a daily basis?

Gbam.

Tell them now, the AGITATORS will now say one useless piece of paper created by the UN is more important than the constitution of Nigeria.

Section 2(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as Amended states that Nigeria is one indivisible and indissoluble sovereign state. This clearly means that Nigeria is a sovereign state that cannot be split or divided into parts neither can any part of or group of people in Nigeria seced from Nigeria.

U are right. But what are d conditions for d continuous pursuance and sustenance of d spirit of d section 2(1) of d constitution? If those conditions cease to be in place, will section 2(1) not be negated?

Ok. Let's EXAMEN

When you treat things half baked, it will end up being problematic. If the Constitution is followed properly, we won't have people clamoring for payment of salary or seccession.

Why do they need division ? are their reasons for seccession good ? What can be done to address these problems in a unified Nigeria?

All I see is insincerity being backed with the Constitution just like in "Animal Farm"

Never do well Fulani, the constitution (which wasn't made by the people btw) says Nigeria is indivisible which is what we have right now. It didn't say it would continue to be. Several nations have separated, I don't see any fool wailing. Bosnia for example separated from Croatia, who's Wailing?

I repeat no fool has a right to determine the position of an ethnic group. If they wanna form their country, so be it! Sink that into your skull and go drink your cow urine if you haven't done that today.

Sorry bro Dot

grin grin grin grin grin I congratulate you for being able to decipher the brainwashing that's going on.
My former boss who now lives in America was equally sucked into these social media lies.
Someone was trying to make him understand what is actually going on, but he won't listen.
It was when I called him on WhatsApp and we began to discuss, that was when he realized that the same people creating the problems are the ones blaming the government and shouting for help.
May God deliver this country from hypocrisy.

Amen bro...
Honestly they are the ones creating it and shout at the same time as well....
Please don't stop telling everyone to desist from following the bad wagons ....
It's high time we stand up for what is right no matter what coz our unborn generations needs to know the part we take in getting sanity back and keeping this country of ours back on her feet... God bless you

Some people are born to be fool. Even when they went school, have many degrees. That foolishness will still be there.

Even thugs and motor park Agbero in Oshodi cannot say this trash. And he is VP to Nigeria Bar Association.

Slave mentality kills more than Covid 19
If he's stupid then you're illiterate. He referred all he said to constitution and you still think he just gave his opinion?
Is it not a shame for you not to have known the chapter he quoted from the constitution?
Very sad, that more than 129 other illiterates liked your comment undecided

Meanwhile his Niger Delta is an oil polluted stinkpile while northerners are exploiting his crude and his kinsmen are shitting black shit cus of drinking polluted water...... stupid mofo quoting law. Mumu man

You can imagine o...
Now they suddenly have voice to speak because it involves common man. Always the law is for the poor and not for the rich. With all the money generated from the South they're using it to develop other places the constitution wasn't applicable then o but when people agitate for ill treatment and marginalization they'll come for them hard. Poor man will cry about bad governance they won't do anything about it rather keep increasing suffering of the masses daily.

We all know that Buhari is doing the right thing towards Igboho and MNK. You can't please everyone, so be it. Ride on Buhari. Nigeria must be one

What is the benefit of Nigeria being one?

Is Nigeria moving forward to you?

And why is it that out of the 197 or so countries on planet earth, only Nigeria preaches one Nigeria, I’m sure you’ve never heard one Ghana before, or one Zimbabwe or one Kenye. Why? It’s because our unity is artificial (Forced for some people’s benefit).
You don’t force Unity, you give people reasons to be united.
Place convince me why Nigeria should remain united?.
