If the NW and and NE have 39 then that means they have almost 40% of the vote

It would be a waste of time to move a motion on referendum since it has no chance of passing

How did the house pass the PIB or police Bill, or All the bills the have been passing all along.. if the south does not comply with it...

So this about the Hypocrisy of their followers....
If the south was serious about anything..they can vote against every bill even the financial appropriation bill( Budgets) just as seen during Trump presidency....

3% wasn't agreed, the Senate President rule those that raise point of out. Call for a voice vote which was controversially ruled as Yes. Those call for point of order in respect of the deliberate tyrannical ruling of the gavel were ruled out of order.
