Many were not aware of this, but the killing drive of Abubakar Shekau who boasted about enjoying killing humans "like chickens and rams' was not ordinary but demonically influenced.

He was killing everyone on sight, including those of his own faith whose cause he claimed to be fighting for, that it soon became clear to some of his members that this had nothing to do with defending their faith but something really sinister.

That led to a breakout of some of his commanders and sect members uncomfortable with such mindless killings to form a rival group called ISWAP.

This happened several years back, but just a couple of months ago, the rival group broke the news that he was dead. They said he committed suicide after they cornered him.

They were so elated that he was dead because according to them, he was someone who had troubled the nation so much, with all his mindless killings which claimed countless innocent lives.

Now this came from fellow terrorists to show that his wasn't normal, but an evil spirit behind his actions, using him to sacrifice much humans in the land about forty thousand of them.

He was one of those behind the most human sacrifices in the land who have been silenced in the past couple of months.

Another was a former church leader who died early last month.

The third was another "Abubukar Shekau" from the Eastern part of the nation who was opening giving orders to his boys to behead his fellow Nigerians. Many thought it was just a joke, but some of his boys recently revealed that the beheadings were actually ritually motivated. They said he had ordered them to bury a late commander of his group with two thousand human heads, but they could only get thirty, amongst other shocking revelations.

He was also apprehended last month to the shock of many who never saw it coming.

It's no coincidence that this is happening within a short space of time, as God has begun to purge the land of such abominable practices which has so much corrupted the land and filled it with much innocent blood.

That's a necessary step towards achieving His plans for this nation. Therefore we should brace ourselves for even more of such events in the coming few weeks and months, as God continues to prepare the stage for things to come.
