Please I have issues with my laptop it's a HP probook, 4320t. I discovered recently that I can no longer use vpn on it, like I tested it on all my browsers.. it's keeps displaying nigeria IP. And also.. I wanna know where I can swap with plus money for some better laptop.. I have a budget of around 20k and I need a windows 10.. please your inputs would be greatly appreciated.
