Job Summary
We are in need of an experienced and qualified business support officer whose responsibility is to provide general administrative and clerical support.

Job Description

* Direct persons to correct destination
* Deal with queries from the public and customers
* Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
* Monitor visitors access and maintain security awareness
* Prepare correspondence and documents
* Receive and sort mails an d deliveries
* Schedule Appointments
* Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
*Organize conference and meeting room bookings
* Coordinate meetings and organize catering
* Monitor and maintain office equipment
* Control Inventory relevant to the reception area
* Tidy and maintain the reception area

Qualification
* Must possess minimum HND/B.sc in Business Administration
* Must be an organized individual.
* At least 3 years of working experience in a reputable organization.
* Sound knowledge of MS Suites especially Excel.
