Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Our Client, a Real Estate company is looking for Sales Executives who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, exceptional presentation skills, and should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
2. Researching prospects and generating leads.
3. Understanding and promoting company products.
4. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, via email, and in person.
5. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
6. Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
7. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
8. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
9. Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
10. Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
2. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
3. A commitment to excellent customer service.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Exceptional presentation skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
7. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
8. Experience in real estate is an added advantage.
9. A degree in Marketing or a related field.
